Alexis is an American actress who is most famous for her role as Rory Gilmore on Gilmore Girls. Kimberly Alexis Bledel was born in 1981 in Texas and was a model before she started acting. Since Gilmore Girls ended in 2007, Alexis has guest starred on several TV shows including the series finale of ER and has focused on movies. She also took up modeling again, having signed with IMG in 2009.
Alexis married Vincent Kartheiser in June 2014 in California.
