Note: I applied this polish on November 25th and the photos were taken on the 26th.
I was too lazy to do a Thanksgiving mani and I wanted to have something on my nails for the holidays. I do a lot of the cooking and dish washing (by hand!) during the holiday so I knew my polish would take a beating.
So I decided to do Nirvana since it is the only brown polish that I own. This brown is sort of a murky brown. It reminds me of brown paint after a little of water in it. I learned my lesson from the previous mani and put on 2 coats. However, I either put on the layers unevenly or my top coat is messing up (same thing happened with the previous mani as well) and it looks like weird leveling.
Since it is a Sinful polish, it does take awhile to dry. However, it is one of the faster polishes in my collections by that brand.
The biggest problem with this polish is it peels off. Yep, PEELS! And it did it in the first day on both my thumb and ring finger. On day 3, my other thumb started to peels as well. I am not sure if the polish is old or I made the layers too thick or what but not very appealing. The photos of this polish were taken on the first full day that I wore it and was the only one that I was able to get with the polish looking nice. I took them before I did the dishes just in case. They survived the dishes, it was later in the day that it randomly peeled.
Overall I am giving this mani a 3 out of 6 stars. The color is interesting but I am not here for the peeling off.
